Inbox Business Technologies is a leading IT and services company and we're looking for a Front Desk Officer to join our team. The role is responsible for efficiently managing front office operations, including welcoming guests, handling incoming calls, and executing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of daily office activities. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team and to learn new skills in the IT industry.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized at all times.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain appointment calendars.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
  • Assist HR/Admin department with administrative tasks when required

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years of relevant experience in front desk
  • Previous experience in receptionist duties, customer service, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role
