We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Front Desk Officer to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing correspondence, and coordinating office operations.

- Greet and welcome visitors professionally and politely.
- Answer phone calls and direct them as necessary, taking accurate messages.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence effectively.
- Provide information and answer questions promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support office needs.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings efficiently.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or diploma in office administration.
- Prior experience as a front desk officer or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
