About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented
Recruitment Executive
with hands-on experience in
university hiring and campus recruitment drives
. The role will focus on building strong relationships with academic institutions, managing end-to-end hiring activities, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for fresh graduates and interns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute
campus hiring drives, job fairs, and university partnerships
. - Build and maintain relationships with
placement cells, faculty, and career services offices
at target universities. - Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
: job postings, pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design effective campus hiring strategies.
- Promote the employer brand through campus events, workshops, and career sessions.
- Track, analyze, and report on
hiring metrics and outcomes
of recruitment campaigns.
Ensure an engaging and positive
candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in
HR, Business Administration, or related field
. - 1–2 years of experience
in recruitment, specifically
campus hiring/university drives
. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in
MS Office, ATS platforms, and recruitment tools
. - Ability to work under pressure and travel for recruitment events when required.
Preferred Skills
