We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Customer Care to lead our customer service team and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely responses to customer queries, managing staff attendance, and overseeing key projects.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and effective responses to customer queries and calls
  • Monitor staff attendance and develop contingency plans for leaves
  • Manage and execute mega projects to drive customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate daily with branches to ensure timely submission of delivery sheets and maintain system efficiency
  • Analyze customer feedback to determine service requirements and improve operations
  • Provide help desk resources and technical support to maximize customer operational performance
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
  • Resolve walk-in complaints and issues promptly

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' of experience in customer care and team management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
