Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager to provide exceptional support and drive sustainable business growth.
About the RoleThis role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using professional methods, answering calls professionally, and offering solutions to their queries.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, leading to enhanced customer experience and business growth.
- eCommerce Strategy: Plan and initiate strategic processes to handle customers on various e-commerce platforms, including eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and others.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support management.
- E-Commerce Knowledge: Experience in e-commerce sales and strategy planning is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
This role requires flexibility and adaptability, with working hours spanning Monday to Saturday, with specific timings outlined below:
- Monday-Saturday: 6 pm - 3 am
- Saturday: 6 pm - 11 pm
