Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and managing relationships with customers from the US/UK region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience and drive sustainable business growth.
  • Providing accurate and complete information to customers, answering calls professionally, and offering solutions to their queries.
  • Managing the entire customer support team, suggesting ways to enhance customer experience, and providing timely feedback.
  • Solving complexities related to customer cases and providing best possible solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities to retain customers and propose new ideas for acquiring more customers, leading to revenue growth.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support management.
  • Experience in e-commerce sales and strategy planning is essential.
  • Knowledge about major e-commerce models, including dropshipping, retail arbitrage, Amazon FBA, FBM, and PL.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
