We're looking for a high-energy, target-driven SDR to join our team in a hybrid role based in Karachi. You'll be working in US/UK timezones, owning outreach and building pipeline with a laser focus on generating qualified sales opportunities.

Generate 16–30+ Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) per month — you'll be expected to work backwards from this target, manage your outreach volume, and consistently hit (or exceed) numbers.

Your Core Metric

Generate 16–30+ Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) per month — you'll be expected to work backwards from this target, manage your outreach volume, and consistently hit (or exceed) numbers.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own outbound outreach via cold email, LinkedIn, and occasional calls
  • Book qualified meetings that lead to accepted sales opportunities (SAOs)
  • Research and personalize outreach to increase engagement
  • Manage, track, and update activity within HubSpot (CRM is your best friend)
  • Collaborate with account execs and marketing to refine pitch, ICP, and messaging
  • Use tools and AI to scale smart — not spam
What We're Looking For
  • Prior SDR or B2B outbound experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Fluency with HubSpot CRM is non-negotiable — you'll live in it
  • Excellent written communication — especially for cold emails and LinkedIn
  • Understanding of outbound sequences, sales funnels, and qualification
  • Availability to work in US/UK time zones (EST/GMT overlap required)
  • Karachi-based, with ability to work hybrid (mix of WFH and office)

  • Google Sheets / Notion
  • AI tools (for personalization, scraping, or email copy)
