In this role you will

The Manager Accounts Payable is responsible for processing payments related to contracts, CAPEX, rentals, utilities, refunds, and employee claims, while ensuring smooth coordination with banks, treasury, vendors, tax, and internal teams for timely settlements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage OPEX PO-based payment processing in SAP as a central user.
  • Process outgoing payments in line with company financial policies and procedures.
  • Review the e-invoicing dashboard and coordinate internal invoice verification with end-user teams.
  • Perform daily financial transactions including verification, classification, and recording of accounts payable data.
  • Execute three-way invoice matching and confirm budget availability prior to payment processing.
  • Prepare monthly GST/WHT reports, record accruals, and manage reconciliation and monitoring of liabilities, advances, and vendor aging.
Qualifications
  • MBA Finance/Professional Degree (CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA).
  • 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and bookkeeping; ERP based environment.
  • Telecom experience can be preferred.
Technical Competencies
  • Clear understanding and concepts of finance, accounting and it\'s principles.
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP-ERP, financial solutions.
  • Working knowledge of income tax, sales tax & company laws.
