Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Islamabad. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, conducting regular audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks will include handling accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, payroll processing, and financial analysis. The Accountant will also collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial accounting and reporting
  • Experience with budgeting, accounts payable, and receivable
  • Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
  • Experience in the media industry is an advantage
