Major Activities:

  1. Assisting in the resolution of specific disciplinary or grievance cases, including acting as an arbiter between the employee and line manager.
  2. Responsible for driving initiatives for increasing employee engagement and productivity.
  3. Responsible for Employee Communications and creating themes around it.
  4. Responsible for handling and closing all discipline management, absenteeism, employee grievance, and indiscipline cases.

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong and effective report writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

MBA with a major in Human Resource Management, Masters in Human Resource Management, or any other relevant degree.
