Job Summary

The RCM Specialist will oversee the complete revenue cycle, ensuring accurate and timely billing and collections. Responsibilities include verifying patient insurance eligibility, reviewing and applying proper coding, submitting clean claims electronically, monitoring unpaid claims, resolving claim rejections, denials, and appeals, posting payments and reconciling billing data, collaborating with physicians, billers, and payers to address discrepancies, maintaining accurate documentation of billing activities, and preparing performance reports.

This role requires strong knowledge of insurance billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), EOBs, and denial management. Experience with billing/practice management software is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and spoken English communication, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
