We're looking for a Talent Scout who Thinks in Code, Speaks in Stories, and Recruits with Soul.

Title: Technical Recruiter/ Talent Strategist – Tech & Engineering

Reporting to: Head of Learning Engineering

Teams You'll Partner With: Engineering, Product, People & Culture, and the Occasional Mad Scientist

You're not just a recruiter. You're a Talent Cartographer. You see every open role not as a vacancy to be filled, but as a story waiting to unfold with the right protagonist. You don't wait for requisitions to land in your inbox. You predict hiring needs, co-author headcount strategy with managers, and have a pipeline humming long before the seat warms up.

You're equal parts tech whisperer, storyteller, relationship alchemist, and community architect. You can speak "Python" and "people" in the same sentence, build rapport with software engineers, and hold your own in a product roadmap review. You're curious about GitHub profiles, but you're more interested in what drives the humans behind the code.

And above all, you believe that talent isn't hunted—it's nurtured.

What You'll Do (But Not Limited To)

Own the Full Recruitment Funnel

From the first whisper in the talent market to the final offer letter, you'll drive the end-to-end process for Engineering and Product roles. But not just efficiently. Elegantly.

Build, Don't Chase

You'll create evergreen talent pipelines—meetups, hackathons, Discord communities, GitHub sleuthing, LinkedIn detective, whatever it takes. You're a magnet, not a megaphone.

Partner, Not Process

You'll work hand-in-hand with hiring managers, becoming a strategic partner, helping them shape JD narratives, interview flows, and hiring forecasts. You won't "take briefs", you'll co-create them.

Human-Centric Assessment

Beyond tech skills and CVs, you'll design evaluation journeys that uncover mindset, mission-alignment, and skill potential. Frameworks, scorecards, structured interviews - you know them, and you evolve them.

Activate the Ecosystem

You'll represent Taleemabad in tech spaces, communities, and beyond. Maybe on a podcast. Maybe at a university. Maybe on LinkedIn with a meme and a manifesto.

• You've recruited for tech/startup/product teams in fast-paced environments
• You've used tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby
• You know your way around GitHub, StackOverflow, or open-source circles
• You have ideas about DEI in tech hiring and a plan to make it real
• You've built or nurtured communities online, offline, or hybrid
