Overview
We're growing and looking for a
Recruitment Specialist
to help us hire top talent across Pakistan, the US, Peru, and Costa Rica. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a global, fast-paced environment and loves connecting with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance across multiple regions.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interviews across global time zones.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.
- Promote the organization's employer brand in the market to attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with company standards, confidentiality requirements, and regional labor practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to multi-country hiring.
- Strong sourcing and networking expertise with proven success in filling diverse roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Familiarity with global hiring practices and time-zone coordination.
- Prior experience in a startup, outsourcing, or high-growth environment is a plus.

: Average number of days to close a role from requisition to offer acceptance. - Quality of Hire
: Percentage of new hires meeting or exceeding performance expectations after 90 days. - Offer Acceptance Rate
: Ratio of accepted offers to total offers extended. - Hiring Manager Satisfaction
: Post-hire feedback score from hiring managers on recruitment process and candidate fit.
