We're looking for a creative, organized, and driven Talent Sourcer to join our growing team You'll play a key role in identifying and engaging top creative talent across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed glass door, and Backstage, helping us build a strong pipeline for upcoming productions.

It is an Onsite job our office is in G10/2

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Sourcing: Proactively search for and engage potential candidates across various social platforms.

Talent Pipeline Building: Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates for future roles.

Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate skills and cultural fit.

Administrative Support: Keep tracking systems (spreadsheets, Asana, emails) updated and organized.

Profile Matching: Analyze candidate profiles to meet specific project and format needs.

Negotiation & Communication: Discuss rates, negotiate terms, and secure top talent within budget.

Collaboration: Partner closely with the Project Manager of Remote Production to align sourcing efforts.

Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our vibrant culture to attract top talent.

Requirements:

Experience: 4+ year in talent acquisition, recruiting, or social media sourcing; remote/project-based experience is a plus

Strong hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed glass door, Telegram, VK.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Sharp ability to match talent to the right projects.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and tasks.

Languages: Fluent in English
