· Channel Development: Develop business with resellers in the southern Pakistan market, negotiate product referencing, manage stock levels, and organize promotional activities to increase sales.

· Marketing: Regularly visit customers to maintain relationships, discuss business opportunities, provide product training, understand customer needs and issues, and support their business growth.

· Store Visits: Conduct regular offline store visits to assess product placement, improve visibility, and boost sales.

· Market Analysis: Review the market to identify customer needs, sales potential, pricing strategies, and competitors.

· Industry Trends: Analyze industry trends, including technologies, products, pricing, and strategies, and take appropriate actions.

· Sales Planning: Set sales targets and ensure effective execution of the sales plan.

Your profile:

  • At least 3 years of verifiable experience in CCTV, IT equipment, Consumer Electronics, or Networking (plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficient in business communication in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong sales orientation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and manage stress.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
