About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to drive channel and retail development initiatives, improving sales effectiveness and efficiency at a leading organization.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and develop channel management and development initiatives for devices and solutions, including upstream, rural, and retail channels.
Drive retail management and development initiatives, focusing on impact, retail excellence, and solution sales.
Implement processes and tools to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness, covering KIDI, SMR, and sales planning.
Solution Focus:
Develop channel and sales total cost of ownership (TCO) for solutions.
Ensure visibility of sales margin ranges and depth in solution-focused operations.
Prepare retail, field force, and distributor sales forces for solution sales readiness.
Deliverables:
Net sales for devices, solutions, and gear.
Market share and sell-in/sell-thru/sell-out metrics.
Competencies:
Business insight with focus on customer, channel, and market understanding.
Business planning with emphasis on customer value propositions and financial acumen.
Leading and coaching with logical and rationale engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Management Education preferred. Minimum 8-10 years of experience. Functional expertise required.
Telecommunications experience essential for success.
