Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

Location: Onsite – NASTP, Cantt, Lahore

Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM

Company: Thryve Labs

Experience: Fresh-2 years of experience

About the Role

Thryve Labs is looking for an energetic Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our onsite team. You'll help drive business growth by identifying and securing projects on Upwork and similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search for relevant projects and submit tailored proposals on Upwork.
  • Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and build relationships.
  • Maintain and optimize company profiles on freelance platforms.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for accurate proposals.
  • Follow up with leads and help close deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, IT, or related field).
  • 1+ year experience in Upwork bidding or business development (preferably IT/software).
  • Strong English communication and proposal writing skills.
  • Understanding of Upwork platform.
  • Must work onsite during the 2 PM–11 PM shift at NASTP, Cantt, Lahore.
