Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of writing winning proposals and crafting compelling bids
  • Experience with freelancing platforms, particularly Upwork
  • Strong research skills to identify suitable projects
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
