HR Transactions:

• Processing HR transactions and maintaining records in both hard and soft copies.

• Resolving payroll queries of school staff.

Quality of Principals:

• Conducting outreach to attract quality Principals and tracking outreach activities across the Region.

• Facilitating and managing Assessment Centres for quality Principals across the Region.

• Ensuring timely completion, maintenance, and quality of Assessment Centre data through online trackers.

• Assisting in the smooth conduct of Annual performance appraisals for Principals, including organizing Region calibration meetings and completing appraisal paperwork through Area Teams.

• Facilitating and assisting in HR-related training sessions for Principals at Principal Academy.

Quality of Teachers:

• Assisting Principals with training for outreach to recruit quality local Teachers and maintaining the CV bank within schools.

• Facilitating the Teacher hiring process across Areas, including tracking induction scores and localization levels.

• Ensuring timely completion and quality of Teacher hiring processes.

• Coordinating data collection from schools for Faculty awards to ensure timely processing before award ceremonies.

• Supporting the Regional Coordinator in planning Teacher award ceremonies across the Region.

Training, Development and Culture:

• Assisting RHR Manager in Faculty and Management Staff training and development.

• Ensuring that the culture within Regions, Areas, and schools aligns with the organization's values and objectives.

• Performing any other HR-related duties assigned by the RHR Manager.
