About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Email Marketing Manager with 3–4 years of experience working in a fast-paced IT/software house environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data scraping, lead generation, and executing email marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Perform data scraping using tools like Skrao.io, Apollo.io, and manage data pipelines through Salesforce CRM.
  • Manage and segment email lists for personalized and effective outreach.
  • Create compelling email content and subject lines to boost open and click-through rates.
  • Track, analyze, and report on email campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align email strategies with revenue goals.
  • Continuously research and implement new tools, trends, and strategies to optimize campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in email marketing within an IT/software house.
  • Strong expertise in data scraping tools (e.g., Skrao.io, Apollo.io).
  • Proficient in managing CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing KPIs, lead generation funnels, and conversion optimization.
  • Exceptional skills in email content creation and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
