Job Details:
Position Overview:

This team member must have a solid understanding of the entire Digital Marketing ecosystem and the relationships that all channels have with one another. Specifically, you should have in-depth experience optimizing the Google Ads Platform to achieve industry-leading cost per conversion while managing tracking effectively.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Paid Search/Paid Social specialist or similar role
  • Experience planning and implementing successful Paid Search and Paid Social strategies
  • Courses in Web Analytics (GA4, GTM, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B testing and related metrics
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling skills to identify and communicate trends
  • Ability to prepare and present campaign reports to clients
  • Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Team player with leadership potential
  • Excellent time-management and interpersonal skills
  • Google Ads certifications are a plus

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Advertising Manager, you will manage paid advertising strategies, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with teams to ensure effective execution. Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and managing paid advertising strategies
  • Improving ROAS and supporting business growth through data-driven methods
  • Researching and preparing digital marketing plans
  • Setting up campaigns and managing daily tasks across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads
  • Applying AI-based strategies to enhance targeting and performance
  • Developing remarketing campaigns to maximize conversions
  • Collaborating with teams for strategy implementation
  • Identifying issues and implementing solutions
  • Staying updated with industry trends and increasing conversions
  • Understanding client industries and setting appropriate goals
  • Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis
  • Monitoring Google Analytics and integrating call-tracking software
  • Setting up website events to analyze user behavior
