Job Summary:

Faizy Transport is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team in Karachi. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote our pick-and-drop transportation services to businesses and organizations within Karachi. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote Faizy Transport's pick-and-drop services for employees and offices in Karachi.
• Conduct market research to identify potential businesses and organizations in Karachi that require reliable employee transportation solutions.
• Generate leads, nurture prospects, and close service agreements with companies and office complexes in Karachi.
• Create engaging marketing materials, including online content, brochures, and presentations, highlighting the benefits of Faizy Transport's services (e.g., punctuality, safety, cost-effectiveness) for the Karachi market.
• Manage and maintain the company's online presence (website, social media, etc.), showcasing our pick-and-drop solutions and client testimonials relevant to Karachi.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies and office management in Karachi.
• Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, focusing on client acquisition and service contract growth within Karachi.
• Attend relevant industry events and network with HR professionals, office managers, and business leaders in Karachi to expand the company's client base.
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams based in Karachi to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Digital Marketing or related field, with 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably selling B2B services or within the transportation/logistics sector in Pakistan.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing techniques relevant to securing corporate clients in the Karachi market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with business professionals in Karachi.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to create engaging and effective marketing content targeting HR and office management in the local context.
• Familiarity with the Karachi business landscape and transportation challenges is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Fluency in Urdu and English is essential.
