Responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, routers, and switches
  • Experience with user management systems, domain control, and network security protocols
  • Proficient in resolving both hardware and software/network-related issues
  • Experience with biometric attendance systems and ERP environments is essential
  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or ITIL will be considered an advantage
  • Familiar with data backups, disaster recovery planning, and IT compliance
  • Proficient in managing internet stability, VPNs, and system performance across locations
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage IT-related crisis
  • Willingness to travel to branch locations as required
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

(Master's preferred)

Additional Information
  • Manage and maintain stable internet and network systems at Head Office and branches
  • Administer LAN, WAN, and firewall configurations for secure network operations
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware, software, and applications
  • Monitor system performance to ensure minimal downtime
  • Liaise with internet service providers and vendors for hardware/network-related needs
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness
  • Conduct system audits and maintain technical documentation
  • Train staff on the use of IT systems and cyber security best practices
  • Maintain and manage biometric attendance systems with HR and MIS coordination
  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT issues across all AIS locations
