Key Account Expansion Specialist

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Expansion Specialist. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution. As a Key Account Expansion Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure seamless integration of our solutions into clients' operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to expand existing customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' pain points and identify opportunities for value-added services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop targeted account plans that align with corporate objectives.
  • Deliver regular updates on sales progress, including pipeline development, forecasting, and quota attainment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring timely communication.
Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in account expansion and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage competing deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
