Position Summary:

  • Supporting the Business Unit Controller in implementing business planning processes across the business (MBS, DF, RCR, QIR, I2L) by ensuring flawless execution and high-quality deliverables, providing insight and fact-based information for effective decision-making.

A day in the life of...

  • Supporting the BUC to ensure adherence to the designed business planning process to provide management with transparency on forecasts, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
  • Participating in monthly business planning meetings to understand business opportunities, challenges, and key changes impacting P&L (volume, pricing, bad goods, etc.).
  • Executing base DF financials in coordination with other business partners using management tools for planning (guidelines, calendar, RACI, task allocation).
  • Scenario planning, analysis, and brainstorming with business teams, providing timely visibility of outcomes to support decision-making.
  • Analyzing cost optimization opportunities and identifying value destroyers to maximize ROI from TTS/PFME.
  • Driving Quarterly Investment Review processes within the business unit, coordinating with brand and marketing teams, ensuring activities are analyzed per SOP, and covering related KPIs.
  • Preparing and analyzing Replacement Cost Runs, reviewing with BUC and BEO, and presenting to HoFC and MD, including capturing action plans.
  • Ensuring timely completion of key deliverables like ML Comments, SPCs, PFME reporting, PEC activities, Brand Portfolio tools, and impairment cases.
