This role will play a pivotal part in managing and executing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth internal processes and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.
• Handle employee relations matters, resolving issues with discretion and professionalism.
• Administer payroll, attendance, and employee benefits accurately and timely.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HRIS database.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with department leads to identify staffing needs and support organizational growth.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, absenteeism).
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Education & Experience:
