ASSIST IN MONITORING CDD PROCESS FOR EXISTING CLIENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RELEVANT LAWS AND REGULATIONS, INTERNAL GUIDELINES, POLICIES, PROCESSES & PROCEDURES.

COMMUNICATING / KEEPING LIAISON WITH BRANCHES AND STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE PERIODIC REVIEW OF DUE ACCOUNTS IS UNDERTAKING PROMPTLY AND FOLLOWING-UP, AS & WHEN NECESSARY TO MANAGE OUTSTANDING PERIODIC CDD OF ACCOUNTS.

PROVIDING ASSISTANCE AND GUIDANCE TO AREA / BRANCHES ON PERIODIC REVIEW AND PROCESSES.

CORRESPONDENCE AND COORDINATION WITH RELEVANT BRANCHES AND STAKEHOLDERS FOR PROCESS IMPROVEMENT WITH REGARD TO IDENTIFIED ISSUES / BOTTLENECKS.

ASSIST BRANCHES TO ENSURE CLARITY OF PURPOSE AND WORK TOWARDS COMMON GOALS OF THE BANK.

ASSISTANCE IN REVIEW AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK ON POLICIES/ SOPS/ INTERNAL CIRCULARS FROM CDD PERSPECTIVE AS PER THE SBP REGULATIONS TO CONCERNED.

ASSISTANCE IN REVIEW PROCESS AND SUGGEST IMPROVEMENT WHEREVER REQUIRED.

MAINTENANCE OF ACCURATE AND UP TO DATE RECORDS OF CUSTOMER DUE DILIGENCE.
