The Opportunity: Are you a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of success in B2B solution selling, particularly in the technology or enterprise software domain? TLX Mobility is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our expansion efforts in Karachi. What You'll Do:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for TLX Mobility's products (TMX-SD and Digital Lending Platforms) within the Karachi market.
  • Market Penetration: Identify and target new business opportunities within key verticals, including sales & distribution, FMCG, and financial services, establishing TLX Mobility as the preferred mobility solutions provider.
  • End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
  • Solution Selling: Effectively articulate the value proposition of TLX Mobility's solutions, demonstrating how they address client pain points and drive business outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to senior management.

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role, ideally within B2B enterprise software, SaaS, or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Experience in selling complex solutions to large enterprises in Pakistan, particularly within the sales & distribution, logistics, or financial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of field force automation, sales & distribution processes, and/or digital lending workflows.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Pakistan business landscape and cultural nuances.
