Client company introduction:
The client is a leading provider of managed offshoring & outsourcing services. Under the managed-services model, we deliver a specified capability with a desired level of service for a given price. Our objective is to change the traditional model for contracting offshore services by focusing on the quality of services delivered rather than the usual benchmarks of costs per offshore hire.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets, with an eye for scalable growth.
- Identify and qualify potential clients within the IT industry, building strong, trust-based relationships and understanding their business needs.
- Generate and nurture leads through inbound marketing channels (PPC, SEO, SMM) and outbound initiatives (LinkedIn outreach, RFP Submissions, email marketing, cold calling).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, challenges, and new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, manage complex sales cycles, and close deals to secure high-value clients.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) to create compelling, customized sales pitches and proposals.
- Analyze sales performance, forecast revenue, and optimize sales strategies for maximum impact.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
- Stay up-to-date on IT industry trends and leverage insights to drive business decisions and strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through B2B sales and inbound/outbound marketing channels.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a passion for sales and relationship building.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, with experience managing high-stakes client accounts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where innovation and initiative are highly valued.
- Experience in IT industry sales and business development is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and other sales enablement platforms (Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Apollo).
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to work independently and collaboratively.
