We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will:

1. Gather and elicit requirements using appropriate techniques to ensure clear understanding of business needs.
2. Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely, within scope, and within budget delivery.
3. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to clarify objectives and deliverables.
4. Assess the feasibility of new systems and enhancements.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and analyze their benefits to the business.
6. Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
7. Follow Agile principles throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
8. Participate confidently in Agile ceremonies like Backlog Refinement and Sprint Planning.
9. Translate technical details into business concepts and vice versa using strong communication skills.
10. Work within squads on individual and multiple projects, collaborating across cross-functional systems and teams, under the mentorship of senior Business Analysts.
11. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in software development.
12. Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
13. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
14. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
15. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.

• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Relevant industry domain knowledge.
• Certifications such as AAC, ECBA, CBAP preferred.
