Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Upwork Business Developer to manage and grow multiple profiles by generating leads and closing projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Upwork's platform dynamics and be skilled at identifying opportunities that align with Techxudo's service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and operate multiple Upwork profiles (Pakistani and US-based)
  • Research and generate leads through Upwork and similar platforms
  • Write and submit personalized, high-conversion proposals
  • Qualify leads, communicate with prospects, and understand client needs
  • Lead the negotiation and closing process for new projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery
  • Maintain organized reports on lead pipeline, response rates, and closed deals
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Upwork bidding, lead generation, and sales
  • Proven success in closing deals through Upwork
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Experience with both Pakistani and US-based profiles
  • Strong understanding of digital services, especially in design and development
  • Target-oriented, self-driven, and highly organized
