Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Acquisition Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify and onboard new sellers, ensuring a diverse and thriving marketplace. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on seller acquisition and category expansion for Pakistan's leading e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Seller Acquisition: Identify potential sellers, pitch Daraz's value proposition, and onboard them onto the platform.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers for long-term engagement.
  • Category Expansion: Expand specific categories by onboarding sellers aligned with Daraz's strategic goals.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Support sellers in setting up accounts, uploading products, and understanding platform operations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training on Daraz's systems, policies, and tools for smooth integration.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as acquisition targets, seller satisfaction, and growth metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work with category managers, marketing, and operations to align strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or e-commerce (seller acquisition experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
