As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Get Licensed, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our exceptional team. Your responsibilities will include identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across various disciplines, embodying our company values. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and success by rapidly scaling our team with the best and brightest individuals.
What you will be doing?
- Employ innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier technical and non-technical talent.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop customized recruiting strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to extending offers and facilitating onboarding.
- Foster positive candidate experiences by maintaining timely communication and guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively headhunt and source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Maintain accurate records on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Experience in international hiring would be advantageous.
What we are looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ of experience in technical and non-technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully close at least 10 positions per month.
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools and techniques.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic work environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
- Passion for driving diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruiting process.
