Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Manager Associate to support the day-to-day functions of the HR department. This is an ideal role for someone with at least 1 year of HR experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and grow within a vibrant tech environment. You will be working closely with the senior HR team to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and documentation.
  • Help organize training sessions, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
  • Support performance evaluation processes and HR policy implementation.
  • Coordinate payroll-related documentation and leave management.
  • Manage internal communications, HR emails, and job postings.
  • Provide administrative support to the senior HR team and department heads.
  • Handle employee queries and ensure a positive workplace experience.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, recruitment tools, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
