IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights for both PTCL and Ufone customer bases by leveraging business intelligence (BI) and analytical capabilities. The position involves extracting, analyzing, and representing data from various internal sources and incorporating market intelligence to respond to C-level commercial queries, evaluate the impact of new product/service launches, and monitor ongoing performance trends.

The insights generated will support informed decision-making by senior management and cross-functional teams. The role requires a blend of creativity and analytical thinking, a strong understanding of commercial KPIs and budgetary goals across wireline and wireless domains, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt daily. All responsibilities are to be executed within the framework of industry best practices, regulatory guidelines, BI infrastructure, and company policies.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Track and monitor ELEVATE KPIs defined under e&'s strategic plan, particularly for PTCL Retail and Customer Experience. Ensure accurate progress tracking for FTTH transition and experience KPIs using standardized formats.
• Continuously improve the PTCL Retail automated dashboard by incorporating business-driven parameters. Maintain compliance with updated rules in datasets and ensure stakeholders are fully informed and aligned.
• Regularly update and disseminate reports and trackers as per defined timelines to internal and external stakeholders including Commercial, Business Operations, PTA, and e&.
• Execute deep-dive analytics using SQL/TD and MSTR. Deliver pre- and post-initiative analysis covering key dimensions like regional performance, customer journey, product/service uptake, network experience, billing/collections, segment behavior, churn, win-back, bad debt, and overall performance metrics.
• Guide and mentor colleagues on report ownership, analytical tools, business understanding, formatting standards, and orientation. Clearly define roles and responsibilities while providing opportunities for team members to contribute to department and company objectives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably Business, computer sciences or Finance) with SQL & MSTR/SAP BO/IBM Cognos working knowledge.

Competencies:

• Advanced data management, mining, analysis & advanced graphing knowledge is required.
