  • Develop and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.) based on specific business needs.
  • Integrate third-party applications and services into the Odoo ERP system for improved efficiency.
  • Analyze project requirements and deliver tailored Odoo solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Design and implement new features based on business requirements, driving innovation and growth.
  • Provide technical support during and after deployment to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Ensure data migration and accurate ERP configuration to maintain data integrity and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and business analysts, to achieve common goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as an Odoo Developer (minimum 3+ years) with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • In-depth knowledge of Odoo v13 and above, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Python and XML programming languages, with expertise in database management systems such as PostgreSQL.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following qualifications are highly sought after:

  • Odoo certification (optional but preferred), demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Experience with Odoo.sh or Odoo Cloud platforms, providing a competitive edge in terms of technology and innovation.
  • Previous experience in ERP project implementation for SMEs, with a proven track record of success and growth.
