We are looking for an HR Generalist to join us and support our team in Pakistan with HR operations-related questions such as payroll, employment, terminations, benefits, etc.

Responsibilities:


• Oversee HR operations in a country: hiring, onboarding, terminations, day-by-day hr operations such as confirmation letters, benefits administration, and supporting employees in HR operations-related questions


• Manage payroll process: maintain 100% accuracy during payroll cycle, working closely with finance team and payroll provider


• Improve and maintain HR processes and HR policy of the company in accordance with HQ standards and local legislation;


• Act as a representative of an Employer at grievance meetings, disciplinary, appeal meetings and any other relevant meetings;


• Represent the company to government authorities if necessary.

Requirements:


• 3+ years of experience working in the human resources field;


• 2+ years of experience working with HR documents (creating Employee agreements, addendums, orders, policies, applications, etc.);


• Excellent knowledge of country's Labor law;


• Readiness to work in a multitasking environment


• Fluency in English
