We're looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team and bring in new clients through freelance platforms.

We already have a strong technical team, great projects, and happy clients. Now, we need more talented people like you to help us grow even faster.

What This Role Is About

This job is for someone who knows how to win projects on Upwork. If you've worked as a bidder before and know how to write proposals, talk to clients, and close deals—you already have what it takes.

You'll be the one finding new opportunities, starting conversations, and bringing in projects for our sales and development teams. Your experience and skills will directly help us grow.

What You'll Do

  • Find and bid on good-fit projects on Upwork and other freelance websites like Freelancer, Guru, or PeoplePerHour.
  • Write clear, customized proposals that answer client needs and explain why Duseca is the right choice.
  • Chat with clients, gather their requirements, answer questions, and help turn conversations into contracts.
  • Work closely with our technical team to make sure we're offering the right solution and timelines.
  • Keep track of bids, wins/losses, and help improve our success rate with better strategies and templates.
  • Make our Upwork profile stronger with regular updates, good reviews, and clear service offerings.
  • Build friendly and long-term relationships with clients so they keep coming back.
  • If needed, help guide junior bidders and share tips to grow the whole team.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or in online sales for a software company.
  • You've won real software projects—web, mobile, or custom development—and helped deliver them successfully.
  • You know how Upwork works—search filters, ranking, proposal writing, client types, etc.
  • You can write professional, friendly, and clear messages to clients that get replies.
  • You're organized, quick to follow up, and always know what's happening with your bids.
  • Comfortable using tools like Trello, Notion, or HubSpot to keep things on track.
  • You're self-motivated, focused, and passionate about bringing value to both the client and your team.
