Key Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full proposal lifecycle, from reviewing Request For Proposals (RFPs) to coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions. This role bridges sales, technical, and product teams to craft compelling and compliant proposals that meet client requirements.

  • Manage the entire proposal/bid lifecycle independently, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Ensure proposals meet client requirements and maintain high standards while adhering to internal compliance protocols.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration among technical, product, and business teams to drive efficient proposal development.
  • Lead requirement analysis, define bid strategy, identify risks, and support the development of winning solutions.
  • Work closely with technical and product teams to align InfoTech's offerings with client needs across RFPs, RFIs, and similar solicitations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in pre-sales, proposal writing, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong English writing and editing skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
