What We AskQualification:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Experience:
  • 2-4 years FMCG experience, preferably in dairy sales and key account management (FMCG/retail industry).
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to act with speed and decisiveness. Responsible and proactive in seeking new opportunities to make an impact.

Vacancy Description
  • Achieve brand-wise volume and value targets for Dairy & Beverages in Modern Trade and ICA (Imtiaz, Metro, Carrefour).
  • Deliver annual S&OP numbers for Modern Trade.
  • Develop and embed Key Accounts strategies and plans aligned with business and customer needs.
  • Build strong customer relationships and joint business plans.
  • Ensure achievement of key account targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain compliance criteria for KAs and ICA.
  • Collaborate with Shopper Marketing and Regional Managers on category and channel plans, including investments.
  • Develop careers, succession plans, and coach TSMs.
  • Improve key accounts processes and systems continuously.
  • Manage business of Imtiaz Super Market nationally.
  • Monitor and report performance to drive objectives.
  • Implement customer plans aligned with business strategies for product commercialization.
  • Identify new customer and shopper segments, ensuring flawless execution and developing team and partners.
  • Create in-store impact through trade and category KPIs via JBP activities.
  • Drive online business growth with channels and finance partners.
  • Evaluate promotion and activity effectiveness, taking corrective actions as needed.
