Position Overview

The Field Dispatch Coordinator ensures efficient and accurate work performance, providing consistent customer deliverables by training technicians, preparing project manuals, performing pilot installations, quality checks, and supervising the Field Services Team.

Responsibilities
  • Perform pilot installations to verify scope and scripts.
  • Prepare project manuals with contact info, escalation procedures, scope, scripts, schedules, and site maps.
  • Onboard, train, and support Field Technicians.
  • Conduct quality assurance and team assessments.
  • Handle escalations and technical support queries.
  • Manage subcontractor work orders and ensure deliverables are collected and validated.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT/Business Administration or related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in PC systems, peripherals, software, and OS.
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN connectivity.
  • Willingness to travel, including off-hours and overnight stays.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working with delivery organizations and managing priorities.
  • Voice and Data cabling experience.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Service Desk tools, networking fundamentals, Microsoft Visio, ServiceNow, supervisory roles.
