Position Overview

The Field Dispatch Coordinator ensures efficient and accurate execution of Zones' work. Responsibilities include training and onboarding technicians and engineers, preparing project manuals, conducting pilot installations, performing quality assurance checks, and supervising the Field Services Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pilot installations to verify scope and installation scripts.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Office to prepare project manuals covering contact info, escalation procedures, scope of services, installation scripts, schedules, locations, and site checklists.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and support to Field Technicians.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and team assessments to ensure scope and client specifications are met.
  • Serve as a technical support resource for escalations and inquiries.
  • Manage subcontractor work orders and validate deliverables for project managers.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience with PC systems, peripherals, software, and Operating Systems.
  • Understanding of device connectivity to LAN and WAN.
  • Willingness to travel, including off-hours, weekends, and overnight stays.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with delivery organizations to meet objectives.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with voice and data cabling (installation, termination, testing).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Service Desk tools and ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and Microsoft Visio.
  • Supervisory experience.
