Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account IT Support Assistant located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Key Account IT Support Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, maintaining computers and printers, network management, and ensuring efficient operations of IT systems. This role involves day-to-day support to key account clients, ensuring their IT infrastructure is running smoothly.
Qualifications- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Information Technology knowledge
- Printer Support and Computer Maintenance experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or degrees in IT or related fields are a plus
