Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Islamabad for a renowned telecom company in Pakistan. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries promptly, resolving issues, following up on customer interactions, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role also involves supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and contributing to the overall strategy for customer satisfaction.
