Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive budgeting processes to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  2. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  3. Conduct financial analysis and generate reports to aid in strategic decision-making for the organization.
  4. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage the timely filing of all necessary tax documentation.
  5. Collaborate with team members to conduct periodic reconciliations of accounts, ensuring accuracy of financial records.
  6. Utilize advanced Excel skills to create detailed financial models, forecasts, and reports.
  7. Facilitate payroll processing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
  8. Assist in the continuous improvement of financial processes through the implementation of best practices.
  9. Manage and mentor a team member, providing guidance and support to foster professional development.
  10. Communicate financial insights and updates effectively, ensuring stakeholders have access to vital information.
