Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Accounts Payable. The Assistant Manager Accounts Payable will be responsible for managing the company's financial records and transactions. This includes analyzing financial data, preparing accounting reports, creating journal entries, updating the accounts payable ledger, and ensuring accurate accruals of expenses. The candidate will also respond to notices related to tax.

Qualifications

  1. ACCA and CA is a must; only those with a relevant background may apply.
  2. Proficiency in finance and accounting principles.
  3. Experience in creating journal entries and accurate accruals of expenses.
  4. Ability to work independently under time constraints.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  6. Knowledge of basic computer software (especially MS Excel).
  7. A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  8. Experience with a commercial accounting system like Oracle or SAP is a plus.
  9. Relevant experience in the construction or real estate industry is also preferred.
