We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead – Sales Executive to manage, mentor, and lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, meeting targets, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase company revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and support.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure consistent pipeline growth.
  • Handle escalations and assist the team in closing high-value deals.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
