Interwood Mobel is looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the North region to join our HR team. The HRBP will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. You will serve as a consultant to management on HR-related issues and act as an employee champion and change agent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  2. Refine and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company values and labor laws.
  3. Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding, and coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  4. Generate reports related to HR metrics such as headcount, attrition rates, payroll costs, and employee turnover.
  5. Serve as the primary contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, address employee insurance-related inquiries and provide guidance on benefits, handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  6. Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and manage the separation process, including clearances and final settlements, conduct regular meetings and training sessions with the sales team to address concerns, provide support, and promote team cohesion.
  7. Maintain updated organizational charts, job descriptions, and KPIs for all departments, oversee talent management, including appraisals, balanced scorecards, and organizational structuring.
  8. Manage performance management, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and employee development.
  9. Organize and coordinate training programs to enhance soft and technical skills, evaluating their effectiveness and identifying future needs, improve team engagement and performance through training and initiatives, addressing factors affecting morale and retention.
