About The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Billing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the billing process, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and maintaining strong communication with clients regarding their billing inquiries. This is a full-time, onsite role at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate accurate client invoices based on service agreements and recorded data
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
  • Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy
  • Maintain and update client billing information in the system
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment status
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
  • Assist in preparing reports related to billing, collections, and revenue
  • Work closely with the finance department to reconcile billing issues

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 12 years of experience in a billing or finance-related role
  • Strong understanding of invoicing, accounts receivable, and financial procedures
  • Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
