Billing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to accurately bill customers for work completed, ensuring precise invoicing and timely payments.

This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in billing systems, and effective collaboration with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Billing Specialist, preferably in fractional billing, and be proficient in Google Sheets.

  • Maintain accurate billing data in Google Sheets and other systems for precise invoicing.
  • Monitor billing cycles and verify billing information to ensure timely payments.
  • Collaborate with project and finance teams for documentation and reconciliation of billing activities.
  • Prepare detailed reports on billing activities and revenue to inform business decisions.
  • Respond promptly to billing inquiries and stay up-to-date on relevant regulations to ensure compliance.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience as a Billing Specialist with knowledge of billing processes and financial software.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with legal requirements.
